Large stunning wallpaper roller which was used to print repeating wallpaper patterns on paper. This roller is a total beauty and is definitely one of a kind. This piece is made with solid wood and has a hollow core. Each roller is unique in terms of color, style, pattern and size. Each roller has a unique detailed pattern on it. You can use this as is or turn them into table lamps. We have some that are mounted on a stand and some that have been re purposed into a lamp- as you can see in the pictures. It is in great vintage condition- there might be slight scratches, patina, marks or wear which is normal with any vintage item. This item has a great historical importance in the printing industry- back in the day the artisans created beautiful patterns by tapping small metal pieces. They created both simple and complex patterns which included flowers, abstract and striped patterns. You can use this roller as a stunning display piece in your living room, kitchen, patio or bedroom! This roller will add classic charm and warmth to your space. This item is rare and very unique.
