Our XTOOL Lens are made from finest Mineral Glass from England. It is hardened, then we send the Glass Lens off to have an Anti Scratch, Anti Oil, Anti Smoke coating added. The Light Pass Through (LPTr) is 99.99%. Only a 0.01% drop with the special coating. Our Mineral Glass has approximately 35% higher LPTr than most original lens. Some customers have claimed massive improvements, and some claimed no difference. The point of the kit is to improve life expectancy at a much better price. A good cleaning schedule really helps also. We can not claim improved performance but you will not have to wait to get a new sent in the mail. We can say that if your original lens last 4 weeks our will last 8 weeks. So you should get double the life of the original lens.
