How do you sublimation keychains?

Sublimation keychains are made by printing a design on a heat transfer paper, which is then attached to the surface of a keychain.

The process starts with cutting out the design from the heat transfer paper with an X-acto knife or scissors. The design is then placed on the surface of the keychain and pressed firmly to make sure that it sticks properly. Heat is then applied uniformly to both sides of the paper until it has transferred onto the keychain.

In order to sublimate keychains, you will need:

-A sublimation printer

-A high quality inkjet printer with a glossy finish

-A heat press machine (a household iron can work)

-An inkjet printer cartridge with sublimation ink (or a sublimation marker)

-A sheet of acrylic or polyester film for printing on

How long do you sublimate a keychain?

This is a question that many people have asked themselves. The answer to this question is that it depends on the type of keychain you are sublimating.

If you are sublimating a metal keychain, then it will take longer than if you were sublimating a plastic keychain.

The sublimation process can take anywhere from five to fifteen minutes, depending on the size of the object to be sublimated. The larger the object, the longer it will take to complete.

Can I sublimate on clear acrylic keychains?

The answer to this question is yes, you can.

You can use a sublimation printer to create custom keychains. The printer will heat up the ink and transfer it onto the surface of the acrylic keychain. This process will not affect the texture or clarity of the acrylic.

How do I remove sublimation ink from keychain?

The ink is typically a dye that has been dissolved in a solvent. The solvent can be water, alcohol, or acetone.

If the ink is water-based, you can use rubbing alcohol to remove the ink from the surface of the keychain. You can also use dishwashing soap and water to dissolve and remove the ink from your keychain. If you are using dishwashing soap, make sure that you rinse it thoroughly with water before drying it off with a towel or paper towel.

If alcohol-based ink is on your keychain, then you should wipe it off with rubbing alcohol or paint thinner. You should not apply these solvents directly to your keychain because they may cause damage to its surface finish and color over time.
