Weddings are a very special time for both the bride & groom. When that special person can physically be there this charm allows you to remember them and to keep the close to you on that wonderful day. This charm can be attached to the bride's bouquet and is the perfect way to honor those loved ones. Engrave the front and the back of the charm with 2 different pictures.  

This charm is high quality 22g Stainless Steel for tarnish free Longevity. The charm will come with a lobster clamp to be able to attach it to the bouquet. 

How to Order 

If your browser doesn't provide you with the option to Upload the Picture when you are trying to order please place the order normally and then email us the picture/image you would like us to engrave at onememorylane@hotmail.com 

• Upload The image you would like us to engrave
• Please submit a high quality photo/image with good lighting and clear detail. Keep in mind that the better the image, the clearer it will appear on your pendant. The background of the picture/image may be removed (to our discretion or at the customer request). We will do our best to crop and edit the picture to deliver the best possible outcome.
• If you have specific instructions you would like for your order you may enter them on the “Add Custom Instruction” box. Example, zoom in, crop picture, leave something or someone out of the picture etc.
• In most products we have the option for back engraving if you wish to engrave the back of your item as well. We have different fonts to choose from or you can mix and match the fonts as well.
• If unsure about the quality of your picture/image please contact us at onememorylane@hotmail.com or at the bottom of our website and we will let you know if we can use the picture or not.

Shipping Information

• Please double check your shipping address before finalizing your order to make sure it is correct.
• All orders are shipped via USPS and come with a tracking number.
• If you need your order by a specific date please let us know via email so we can try to accommodate your order and ship it on time. We are always willing to work with you.
• If you need to make changes to an existing order please email us at onememorylane@hotmail.com within 12 hours of placing your order so we can add a note to your order. After 12 hours we CAN NOT make any changes.
• International orders please allow 1 to 3 weeks for delivery. It usually takes about one week but in some cases it could take a bit longer.
• All customized orders are final sale.
• Priority Shipping will expedite the delivery time not the time it takes to create your product.
