Preparation Surfaces should be scrubbed with a stiff brush and warm soapy water to remove any old treatments, make sure that all mould or algae is removed then rinse well and allow timber to dry. Application We recommend that you apply 2 coats of wood stain, application of a third coat will enhance the depth of colour, always allow previous coat to dry completely before applying the next. Drips can be cleaned with warm water while paint is still wet Keep small children and animals away from freshly painted surfaces for 48 hours or until surfaces are completely dry. Apply Protek Wood Stain and Protect every 2 - 5 years or as required. Approx. Coverage: 9m² per litre or swing sets without slides or free standing slide platform
