This 6-prong reversed leather stitch punch from Oka is excellent for punching six stitching holes simultaneously in your leathercraft.
Use this reverse hole stitch punch by Oka of Japan to create evenly sized and spaced diamond-shaped stitching holes in your leather. The sharp and tempered prongs of this leathercraft tool pierce leather more cleanly and professionally, allowing you to create beautiful stitch lines. Instead of marking leather, this pricking iron pierces it, eliminating the need for a stitching awl and other tools.  This six-prong stitch punch can be used to punch multiple stitching holes in your leather fast and efficiently. Punch stitch holes with this reverse hole punch and a standard diamond stitch punch (sold separately), to create symmetrical stitch designs in your leather. Note: The slant of the holes produced by this tool will be reversed when compared to holes made by a regular pricking iron. Size (space between prongs): 5mm Available prong numbers (each sold separately): 2-prongs 4-prongs 6-prongs Always use a soft-headed hammer to strike this tool, never a metal-headed hammer, and always pull the stitching chisel straight out of your leatherwork after punching, not in a side-to-side motion, as this might cause the prongs to snap. Keep this tool away from other tools and objects, and avoid dropping or striking it against a hard surface. Please bear in mind that the prongs on this tool have been heavily tempered, making them hard and providing them with remarkable penetrative capabilities. However, tempering makes the prongs brittle, allowing them to break off rather than bend when damaged. While this may not seem preferred, it is a fantastic design feature since the prongs will break off if they get misaligned, preventing irreversible damage to your leatherwork.
