IMPORTANT: THIS LISTING IS FOR A READY TO PRESS SUBLIMATION TRANSFER, HTV TRANSFER OR A DTF TRANSFER. THIS IS A PHYSICAL PRODUCT THAT WILL BE SHIPPED TO YOU– NOT A DIGITAL DESIGN. ***PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU PICK EITHER SUBLIMATION OR DTF UNDER THE OPTIONS*** Sublimation Transfers: The sublimation transfer must be used on at least 65% polyester garment. 50% polyester or less will give it a vintage look. To get the most vibrant look, use 100% polyester The garment must be used on a light colored fabric. The transfer will not print white. The colors on the listing may be slightly different from the transfer. You will need a heat press for using this transfer, An iron WILL NOT be sufficient for the image to transfer. Sublimation transfers Application Instructions: (these are recommendations based on our experience, results may vary due to factors unique to every situation) Set heat press temperature on heat press to 400 degrees F. Set timer to 60 seconds. Set Pressure medium to high pressure. Place a piece of parchment or butcher paper inside the shirt. Press for 5 seconds to get any moisture out. Place your transfer printed side down on the location you would like it on your shirt. You can use heat tape to keep the transfer from moving. **MUST BE HEAT TAPE** Place paper face down on garment. Again, the item needs to be at least 65%polyester and white or light color fabric. Press at 400 degrees F for 60 seconds medium to high pressure Remove paper immediately and peel hot. Allow item to cool. ALWAYS CHECK WITH YOUR BLANKS SUPPLIER FOR THE RECOMMENDED TIME, TEMP AND PRESSURE *************************************************************************************************************************************************** Direct to film (DTF) transfers are the newest technology in screen printing. Size of the design will be based on the width of the design. Please be aware that some designs are longer will be bigger than they appear. One of the greatest benefits of these transfers is that they can go on so many kinds of fabric (cotton, polyester, blend, leather, spandex, and flex) and any color of fabric (see information below) *Please pay attention to the colors of the text and the design in relation to the color of shirt you are wanting to use. Black text will not show up on a dark color shirt. *There is a white layer of ink on the back of each transfer as shown in our listings. This allows for the transfers to be put on various colors of clothing. *Each vibrant DTF graphic leaves a high-quality design on your t-shirt that stays vibrant wash after wash. They are similar to screen print transfers but thinner and more durable! REQUIREMENTS: -Heat Press (irons and easy presses will not work) Instructions: (detailed version shipped with each order) 325 to 350 degrees (varies by fabric) *15 seconds Medium to high pressure *Use a cover sheet (Teflon or white butcher paper/copier paper) Allow Transfer to COOL COMPLETELY before removing clear film after you’ve peeled the transfer, press again for 10-15 seconds. *Wait 24 hours before washing or stretching All images will be printed without watermarks once purchased. Must use a heat press or Easy press to apply HTV instructions will be included 1.Set your heat press to 305 degrees. 2. Medium presser 3. Remove backing/ carrier sheet ( back of design) 4.Position your transfer face up 5.Press for 10-15 seconds 6.Remove transfer film (Hot peel) 7.Press again using a teflon sheet to protect design and heat press, Enjoy!
