This item is an INSERT ONLY to hold refills. This insert will hold 150 refills. PLEASE BE AWARE!!!! This bin has raised dividers in the bottom and will make three rows of refills stand slightly taller than the others. OUR INSERT is a handmade item made out of 1/4" unpainted MDF board with holes drilled to specifically fit the refills. NOTE: This insert cannot be used free-standing.
