All of our bentwood rings are meticulously hand crafted using the steam bent lamination process. thin sheets of long grain wood are cut and then heated with steam to make them pliable. the wood strip is then carefully bent around a mandrel and carefully glue in place. the resulting band is made up of several layers of grain wrapping around itself to make an extremely strong and durable band.
