Scale SpoonThe spoon is handled as a normal spoon. But for recipes, it is nice to know the weight of the ingredients. Apart from the loaded spoon with a flexible beam, a second beam is not loaded but carries a scale.When the spoon is filled, the beam will flex and the scale gives an indication of the weight.
