This is an early Overland Sheepskin Co. heavy winter coat. It was made in Taos, New Mexico during the 1970's and still is in great shape for its age. We've sold a lot of sheepskin coats over the past few years, but this one is unique and pretty incredible. It has a large flap on the back, which makes it stand out among others.  This coat is made of 100% genuine natural sheepskin and is extremely cozy. It has two front pockets and bone buttons. Label is hand written and says Overland Taos New Mexico. This piece comes from its first owner.  Condition: this coat doesn't have any holes or rips, but does have a couple of water stains. You can see them on photos around the cuffs and in collar area (under the flap). These stains don't take away from its beauty, but in our opinion only add to its character. Pockets show a little wear. It surely does have a great patina. The quality is there. Perfect coat for heavy winters in the high desert and mountains.  Size: ladies S-M (roomy S, more fitted M) Measurements:  shoulders 18.5 bust 21 waist 19 sleeve length 23.5 overall length 49 - 100% natural materials - made in Taos, New Mexico *SHIPPING INCLUDED*
