The brown earring set is not symmetrical (1 pc egg above chicken, 1 pc chicken above egg). This is not considered a defect and no refunds will be permitted for this. As each item is handmade/handcrafted, some variation between and across pairs are natural (e.g. size and colour) and are not considered defects. There may be slight colour variation due to the setting of your device and are not considered defects. No refunds permitted for the above-mentioned reasons. No exchanges permitted. Refunds are only permitted if an item is damaged or defective. Please contact me within 14 days of delivery, with photo evidence of damage/defects.   Packing: All items will be packed with a cardboard holder card as depicted in the photos.    Mailing (with effect from 15 Oct 2020): For local mail (Singapore), mailing will be by Singpost's registered mail (with tracking). For international deliveries, the parcel will be shipped to your selected country via registered air mail (with tracking) and then handed over to your country's postal service. Any delays due to customs or your country's postal service will not be within my control and I will not be responsible for any such delays and costs associated with these delays. If you fail to receive/collect your parcel and the item is returned to me, you will have to pay shipping fees for redelivery. Redelivery fees are estimated at SGD11.90 for international registered air mail.   Custom processing fees/VAT/import taxes etc: Customers are responsible for any fees associated with customs/VAT/import.
