The design is based on the original sculptor by Robert Indiana. It would be another 10 years before another LOVE stamp was issued by the post office. This is a set of 50 of the 6th Love Stamp issued in 1987 with the word LOVE above a stencil style multicolored Heart. They are in mint unused condition as issued by the Post Office. There are many crafting possibilities where a "touch" of LOVE would be nice. These stamps as are all of my listings are valid for use as current postage for mailing. They also make a nice addition to wedding invitations postage.
