This wood stove top cover is an excellent solution for anyone looking to protect their stove top while also adding a touch of rustic charm to the home. Its intricate, handcrafted design and sturdy construction offer superior protection and reliable durability. DIMENSIONS/SPECS: - The boxed option has Inside dimensions are 28x20. Once framed out, will measure approximately 29.5x21.5 We are not responsible for inaccurate measurements, or lack there of. PLEASE MEASURE YOUR STOVE PRIOR TO ORDERING THIS ITEM. - The flat option has dimensions of 28x20. - The boxed stove top covers are 3.25" high and have 1.75" of clearance for gas or electric burners. The handles will make the total height about 5". If you don't want handles, let us know. - Flat stove top covers are flat. They do not have a box-like structure. You will receive felt pads to attach to the bottom of your cover to ensure your cook top stays protected. We are not responsible for the longevity of these pads and they should be replaced by the customer should need be. STAIN COLOR/FINISH - Please note due to the natural variations in the wood, stains may be absorbed differently throughout the piece. - We use a clear STAIN/MATTE sealer. Your stove top cover will not be "shiny". Any "shine" in the listing photos is a result of our hood lights reflecting or natural light shining through the window in our kitchen. - We use a product to fill any holes made during construction. Please note, that while we make every effort we can to conceal them, you may see them through the stain, depending on the lightness of the stain that you chose. ***THE UNDERSIDE IS NOT FINISHED, AS IT SERVES NO FUNCTIONAL PURPOSE AND WILL NEVER BE SEEN*** DESIGN - Designs are sealed MULTIPLE times to ensure longevity. Due to the importance of the design, other parts of the stove top may not be as "shiny" as the top. - All covers will be customized with white vinyl. Have a custom order? Let us know! - Proofs with initial/year will not be sent unless requested by the customer AFTER purchase. There is a chart that contains the font used; if you would like a different font, please let us know. Custom orders will receive a proof for approval. If proof is not approved within 3 days of our shipping date, you order will be canceled and refunded. - We do not sell the decal as it is very difficult to put on and must be sealed with the correct product and technique.
