This 100% wool yarn found its way into the hands of Navajo weavers in the Southwestern U.S. who used it for their intricate tapestry-style rugs.  This wool yarn continues to be used primarily by Navajo weavers and is found in many of the trading posts in that region. The color palette reflects the hues commonly used in Navajo style weaving. This sturdy, single ply wool yarn is also excellent for knitting and crocheting and is spun in both worsted weight and sport weight.
