Doctor's Woodshop High Build Friction Polish is the new version of the classic oil/shellac polish but with walnut oil replacing the boiled linseed oil. When applied to a spinning workpiece's surface with a soft paper towel, this high build friction polish dries quickly, producing a hard lustrous finish. It can also serve as a good base coat for a lacquer finish. Apply at slow speed to cover the surface and then switch to high-speed buffing to speed up the curing process.
