Each cooking zone on the G2 Double Induction Cooktop has its own easy-to-use touch control panel and can be programmed using the 9 preset temperature or power levels. The G2 uses a power-sharing system that splits the 1800 watts of power between the two cooking zones. It will automatically adjust the temperature or power level when using both cooking zones. The MAX button allows you to jump to the maximum temperature easily and instantly on a single cooking zone. When using the G2 Double Induction Cooktop, cookware should be induction compatible. The cooktop will shut off automatically if no induction-compatible cookware is detected. There are no flames or gas emissions when cooking with the G2. The surface doesn’t generate heat, keeping it cool to the touch and preventing foods from sticking, making it easier to wipe clean and safer to use.
